1 cup of almond milk & 1/4 cup of filtered water
1 vanilla pod
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 a banana
1/2 scoop of protein powder
Tad of black pepper
Smidge of ginger
Place in nutri bullet (or equivalent) - for 30 seconds.
