Our mind
Health starts in the mind.

Often we look for a plaster for our symptoms and problems.
The majority of us do not prioritise our health until it starts to get in our way. My father was diagnosed with Dementia and Parkinson's Disease at 53 years old and died at 70 when his body eventually gave up on him.

The time to prioritise health is before the disease affects the internal body. It is when you may be having symptoms to an underlining cause, which is normally through nutrient defficencies.
Dr Bredesen said "Imagine having a roof with 36 holes in it, and a drug patched one hole very well—the drug may have worked on one hole, but you still have 35 other leaks, and so the underlying process may not be affected much"
