Raw Coconut + Cashew Protein Balls




Protein balls are full of essential fats your body needs to help us convert energy that enables us to power up our brain. Essential for women who have PMS symptoms and mama's who have just given birth. They take on average about 15 minutes to make and freeze really well.


Ingredients


⚪️ 1 cup of shredded coconut

⚪️ 3/4 cup of ground cashews

⚪️ 1/2 cup of ground hazelnuts OR ground almonds

⚪️ 1/4 cup of smooth nut butter

⚪️ 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil or melted butter

⚪️ 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract

⚪️ 4 broken up figs OR dates.


Method:


⚪️ In a blender mix up nuts until smooth for 30 seconds

⚪️ Add coconut oil, nut butter and vanilla extract and blitz for 20 seconds

⚪️ Add in your broken up figs or dates bit by bit until completely blended

⚪️ Roll into 12 balls

⚪️ Roll into raw cacao, shredded coconut or melted dark chocolate

⚪️ Place in fridge to set for 1 hour then store in tight container.


THEY LAST JUST OVER A WEEK IN THE FRIDGE
